Our program includes a dedicated wellness committee that organizes a variety of events throughout the year to help our residents to achieve work-life balance despite the inherent stressors of physician training. These events include dinner outings, outdoor events, and other physical activities. Our residents have seen a boost in productivity as well as a strong team spirit by finding time for these activities.

In December of each year, the Department of Medicine hosts a holiday party. This event is open to program residents, faculty, and staff members and their families. The event serves as an opportunity for all to share in the spirit of the season.
