The Shirvan Family Live Well Center is dedicated to helping Englewood community members lead their healthiest lives, through free education, hands-on classes and workshops. Englewood Health employees, as members of the community, are eligible for events.

Graf Center for Integrative Medicine

Graf Center services promote recovery and empower you to live a healthy lifestyle. The Graf Center offers acupuncture, meditation and stress management, massage therapy, Reiki, yoga, smoking cessation support, and other holistic services. Employees receive a 20% discount on massage treatments and consultations with a nutritionist. Free classes for meditation and yoga. The center accepts health savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA) for eligible services. Integrative medicine and dietitian consults are covered by UMR.

Professional Assistance Program of New Jersey, Inc. (PAPNJ)

PAPNJ is a confidential and voluntary program established to support and assist healthcare professionals facing personal, behavioral, or professional challenges that could impact patient care. Offers comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing monitoring, with the goal of helping healthcare providers address issues such as substance abuse, mental health concerns, or burnout.

Englewood Health continues to offer mental and emotional health resources to our team members. Our behavioral health team offers telehealth appointments for anyone on our team looking to speak to someone. These sessions are confidential and covered by insurance. Englewood Health outsources this benefit so that it is 100% confidential and not included in Epic or your personnel file. Bergen Family Center strengthens communities by providing services to individuals, families and children that enhance their ability to function independently, manage challenges and improve the quality of their lives. BFC serves children, teens, and older adults.

American Heart Association: Healthy 8

AHA outlines Life’s Essential 8 as the key measures for improving and maintaining cardiovascular health. The campaign for healthy living provides educational resources for healthy eating, fitness, sleep, losing unhealthy weight, cholesterol, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
