What are the costs and fees?

The Team Wellness Center accepts all insurance plans offered by Englewood Health, as well as most other plans. Your standard insurance copayments, deductibles, co-insurance, and limits apply.

How do I choose between the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and the Team Wellness Center?

Emergency Department

For severe symptoms, rapid progression, or have been instructed by your physician that you require rapid assessment and stabilization.

For a time-sensitive health problem that may benefit from office diagnostics or an outpatient procedure, especially when an appointment with your regular provider is not possible.

Team Wellness Center

For new employees without a primary care provider, or for those with a new or chronic problem who need advice on evaluating or managing your health.
