Applicant Criteria and Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Graduation from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy
- Eligibility for New-Jersey Pharmacist Licensure. Licensure must be obtained within 30 days of the residency start date.
- An interview is required

Evaluation Criteria
Program applicants shall be evaluated and ranked using the following:
- Official transcript from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy
- Letter of intent
- Three (3) letters of recommendation
- On-site personal interview
