Anna Serur, MD, is chief of colon and rectal surgery at Englewood Hospital. Dr. Serur is board certified in general surgery and colon and rectal surgery. She specializes in treating colon and rectal disease and is skilled in performing complex colon and rectal surgery using advanced laparoscopic and robotic techniques. Dr. Serur also performs complex anorectal procedures, hemorrhoidectomy, fissurectomy, and has expertise in colostomy avoidance. Dr. Serur has written numerous book chapters and research manuscripts and has discussed her work at national and regional conferences. She is a fellow of the American Society of Colorectal Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons.
