Jose Santana, MD

Dr. Santana is a cardiologist. His main clinical interests are coronary artery disease; heart rhythm disorders, including atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter; heart failure; hypertension and lipid disorders; and valve disease, including aortic valve and mitral valve stenosis. Dr. Santana received his MD from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine, in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. He did an internal medicine residency and a cardiovascular disease fellowship at Saint Michael’s Medical Center, in Newark. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians. In addition to English, Dr. Santana is fluent in Spanish. He joined Englewood Health Physician Network in 2024.
