About Neera Sinha, MD
Dr. Sinha specializes in gastroenterology. Her main clinical interests are gastrointestinal cancers, including colon cancer, esophageal cancer, and stomach cancer; colon cancer screening and prevention; diverticulitis; hepatitis B; gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD); and irritable bowel disease (IBD). Dr. Sinha received her MD from St. George’s University School of Medicine, in Grenada, West Indies. She did an internal medicine residency and a gastroenterology fellowship at NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island, in Brooklyn, NY. She is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association, and American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. In addition to English, Dr. Sinha is fluent in Hindi and conversational in Urdu.
