About Ramin S. Hastings, MD

Dr. Hastings is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, and interventional cardiology. After earning his BS in biomedical engineering from Columbia University, he was a research fellow at Columbia University Department of Psychiatry, New York Psychiatric Institute. He earned his MD from the University of Virginia. He did his internship and internal medicine residency at NYU School of Medicine, then held a fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at NYU School of Medicine and fellowships in Interventional cardiology and interventional cardiology/subspecialty structural heart disease at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Hastings is a clinical instructor at the Center for Intravascular Therapies at Columbia University Medical Center. He has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and co-authored chapters of two interventional cardiology textbooks. He is a member of Cardiovascular Consultants of New Jersey.
