Ria Lim, MD

Dr. Lim is board certified in internal medicine, endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism. Her specialties include diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis and bone metabolism, parathyroid disorders, and pituitary disorders. She earned her MD at the University of Santo Tomas, the Philippines, and completed her primary care internal medicine internship and residency, as well as an endocrinology fellowship, at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Prior to joining the Englewood Health Physician Network, she practiced at the Backus Center for Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, William W. Backus Hospital, in Norwich, Connecticut. Dr. Lim is a member of the American Diabetes Association, the Endocrine Society, and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. In addition to English, she speaks Filipino.
